Cooking instructionsCook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 74℃ (165°F). Remove product from packaging. Grill- Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Oven - Preheat oven to 204℃ (400°F). - Preheat frying pan on medium high. - Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 ml) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.- Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes. - Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
