COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove bowl from carton and pierce film with a fork. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Pull back the film, stir contents, replace film, continue to microwave on high for an additional 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Remove film, use caution when opening, hot steam. Stir and serve. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook one bowl at a time. For food safety and quality, ensure product is thoroughly cooked to an internal temperature of 74oC/165oF before serving. WARNING: HANDLEWITH CAUTION, AS PRODUCT WILL BE VERY HOT.
