1. 375 °F (190 °C)
2. Lift corner of film of the frozen meal, place the tray on a baking sheet, place it on the middle of the ovenrack and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Remove the film from the tray and mix the pasta with the sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes*.
Microwave oven
1. Lift corner of film of the frozen meal and cook on medium-high for 3 minutes*.
2. Remove the film from the tray and mix the pasta with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 more minutes*.
* Cook until the internal temperature at the centre of the product exceeds 162 °F (72 °C)
Let stand 1 minute. BE CAREFUL THE TRAY WILL BE HOT.
