Cooking instructions: bring 2 litres of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Put the pasta into the water, stirring gently from time to time for 4 minutes or to taste, then drain. For best results, add heated O'Sole Mio sauce or your favourite topping as soon as possible to prevent sticking. Serve immediately.
