You will need:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in ¼ - ½ inch strips
2 medium bell peppers cut in ¼ - ½ inch strips
1 medium onion cut in ¼ - ½ inch strips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THE COOKING DIRECTIONS. REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS.
1. Heat oven to 400℉.
2. Place chicken and vegetable strips in large bowl; drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning; stir well to coat.
3. Arrange strips in single layer on sheet pan with sides*.
*For easy clean up, line sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked (at least 165℉).
4. Top with Salsa Verde Drizzle as desired.
