Recommended dose - (oral) adults only: To relieve joint pain, take two capsules, twice daily. For all other purposes, lake one capsule, twice daily. Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. For relief of joint pain, use for a minimum of 1 month.
