Cooking instructions For best results, use conventional oven. Conventional oven: 1. Prep cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Remove tray from box and remove film. 2. Cook place tray on a baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and cook for 65-70 minutes. 3. Serve carefully remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Microwave (1200 watts): 1. Prep cook from frozen. Remove tray from box and pierce film with a fork to let steam escape. 2. Cook on high for 22-24 minutes, rotating tray halfway during cooking. Use caution and support tray bottom when removing lasagna from the microwave. 3. Serve carefully remove film and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
