Preparation And Usage
YOU WILL NEED
78 ml (⅓ cup) water
250 ml (1 cup) of the mix, using a levelled dry measure
DIRECTIONS
Makes 4 to 5 pancakes (10 cm or 4" in diameter)
PREP:
Preheat skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 190℃ (375℉). Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle, then disappear almost immediately. Lightly grease skillet or griddle.
MIX:
Pour mix into mixing bowl. Add water. Stir with spatula until large lumps disappear, batter will be thick. Let stand 2 to 4 minutes. Do not overmix.
COOK:
Pour slightly less than 50 ml (¼ cup) batter for each pancake onto skillet. Cook for 90 seconds. Turn and continue to cook for 90 seconds or until second side is golden brown.
PREP:

LOOKING TO INCREASE PROTEIN?
15 g OF PROTEIN: replace water with ⅓ cup of 2 % milk for each cup of mix.
18 g OF PROTEIN: replace water with ⅓ cup of 2 % milk and add 1 egg for each cup of mix.
