30 mL (2 tbsp) margarine
STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS
1. In large pan, combine rice-vermicelli mix and 2 tablespoons (30 mL) margarine or butter. Cook over medium heat until vermicelli is golden brown, stirring frequently.
2. Slowly stir in 2 3/4 cups (675 mL) water and special seasonings; bring to a boil.
3. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
