Microwave - From Frozen Cooking instructions (1200 watts) Cook from frozen. Remove tray from outer packaging. Lift film at corners or perforate with a fork and place tray in microwave. Cook on medium-high for 17-18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Support tray when removing from microwave using caution when opening, hot steam. Since microwave ovens vary in power, these are guidelines only. Oven cook - From Frozen Conventional oven Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Remove tray from outer packaging. Lift film at corners or perforate with a fork. Place tray on baking sheet and cook on middle rack for approximately 40 minutes. Remove film and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Tray will be hot; use caution and support tray when removing from baking sheet. Since oven temperatures vary, these are guidelines only.
