Microwave Method: (Preferred Method) 1. Take the tray out of the outer packaging, ensuring the clear film remains intact. 2. Position the tray in the microwave. 3. Microwave on high for 8-9 minutes. 4. After cooking, carefully peel back the film and let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving. Use caution, it will be hot! 5. Use oven mitts or a towel to support the tray when removing it from the microwave, as it will be hot. Microwave power levels may vary, so adjust cooking times as needed. Conventional Oven Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 190℃ (375℉). 2. Take the tray out of its outer packaging ensuring the clear film remains intact and position it on a baking sheet placed on the middle rack of the oven. 3. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. 4. Once baked, carefully remove the tray from the oven. 5. Gently peel back the film and let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving. 6. Please note that oven temperatures may vary, so adjust cooking times accordingly to achieve the desired result.
