Storage: store unopened bottles under normal room temperature conditions; avoid extreme temperatures. Cover opened or prepared bottles/cups, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Do not reuse the Similac® bottle.
Preparation And Usage
Directions for preparation and use: 1) Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2) Place washed cups or bottles (if needed), nipples, rings caps and all preparation equipment in boiling water and keep at a rolling boil for 2 minutes. 3) Shake bottle well and twist off cap. 4) If using the Similac® bottle: attach sterilized nipple. If using a different feeding container: pour formula into cups or bottles. If there is formula remaining in the Similac® bottle, recap, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. 5) Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
