Cooking & Usage Tips
Cook from frozen. Conventional oven: preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Once it reaches temperature, place wings on a baking sheet in a single layer on the middle oven rack. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes turning once. Cook until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Air fryer: preheat the fryer to 400°F (204°C). Place the cauliflower wings evenly in the fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes. Make sure the product reaches a final temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
