When raw, the flesh of spaghetti squash is similar to other raw squash but once cooked, the flesh of spaghetti squash separates into spaghetti-like strands, which are slightly crunchy and mild in flavour. Add butter and chives or a simple pasta sauce for a delicious change from pasta.

Cooking & Usage Tips
Cut the spaghetti squash in half, place cut side down on a plate, poke a few holes in the skin with a fork and microwave in a series of 2 minute intervals until the flesh falls away from the skin when you scrape it with a fork. Mix with your favourite sauce (Alfredo? Passata? Romano?) or top with butter & chives, or cream cheese! The possibilities are endless!
