What you will need MAKES 12 COOKIES 1 egg + ½ cup (125 mL) of butter + 1 tbsp (15 mL) of milk - optional PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large bowl, combine contents of package with egg and melted butter and mix until combined. 2. If the mixture is too crumbly and doesn't hold together, add 1 tbsp of milk. 3. Using a spoon, form 12 balls of dough and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Flatten the dough balls slightly. 4. Bake at 325℉ (160℃) for 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool before serving. DO NOT CONSUME RAW BATTER. Culinary tip For an extra special treat, you can top them with sugar cream bites.
