Cooking & Usage Tips

Makes 150 ml. - Directions: in a shallow pan, combine contents of pouch with 150 ml (2/3 cup) of water. Pierce 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of beef, pork or lamb steaks, chops or cubes of meat for brochettes on all sides with a fork. Place in marinade, turning to coat all sides. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator, 30 to 60 minutes according to meat tenderness. Roast or grill in oven or on the barbecue, basting meat frequently with marinade. Discard any leftover marinade. Suggestion: for a spicier marinade, add with water, 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of vinegar, one minced garlic clove and pepper to taste.
