Directions: empty contents of pouch into a saucepan. Whisk in 750 ml (3 cups) of cold water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meatball stew recipe: mix 750 g (1 1/2 lbs) ground meat of your choice with 1 egg and 125 ml (1/2 cup) of breadcrumbs. Season to taste and shape into meatballs. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer gently, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are cooked, about 30 minutes.
