Makes 750 ml. - Directions: empty contents of pouch into a saucepan. Whisk in 250 ml (1 cup) of cold water. Mix well. Add 500 ml (2 cups) of milk. Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
Microwave: microwave 500 ml (2 cups) of milk on high 3 to 4 minutes. Empty contents of pouch into a 1.5 L (6 cups) microwave-safe bowl. Whisk in 250 ml (1 cup) of cold water. Whisk in hot milk. Mix well. Do not cover. Microwave on high until sauce comes to a boil, mixing with whisk and scraping bottom of bowl once every minute. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
