Preparation And Usage
Directions: mix the pouch contents with 125 ml (1/2 cup) water. In a large frying pan, heat 15 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil over high heat. Add 225 g (1/2 lb) chicken breast cut into thin strips. Sauté, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Set aside. Heat 15 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil over medium-high heat, then add 750 ml (3 cups) Oriental-style frozen mixed vegetables. Sauté until the vegetables are "al dente". Add the sauce, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the chicken to the vegetables. Heat through and serve.
