Directions: mix the pouch contents with 75 ml (1/3 cup) cold water. In a large frying pan, heat 15 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil over high heat. Add 454 g (1 lb) chicken (or pork) cut into thin strips. Brown and set aside. Sauté 2 julienned carrots (1 cup), half a red pepper cut into strips, and about 30 snowpeas (100 g). Add the cooked chicken (or pork) and the sauce to the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring until the sauce coats the food completely. Suggestions: serve over rice vermicelli, garnish with pine nuts.
