DIRECTIONS: Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan. Whisk in ½ cup (125 mL) of melted butter and 1 cup (250 mL) of milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE: Empty contents of pouch into a 4-cup (1-L) microwave-safe bowl. Whisk in ½ cup (125 mL) of melted butter with 1 cup (250 mL) of milk. Do not cover. Microwave on HIGH until sauce comes to a boil, whisking once every minute. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
