Prepare me! (Cook from frozen) Pan-fry: Heat 1 tbsp (15 ml) canola oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook 13 - 15 minutes. Turn every 2 - 3 minutes until heated through. Barbecue: Oil grill. Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Cook 14-16 minutes. Turn every 2 - 3 minutes until heated through. Note: Burgers thaw very quickly. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165° F (74°C). Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
