Cookie sheet use and care: wash before first use. This bakeware is dishwasher safe; however, for best results hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and towel dry. Do not use dishwasher detergent tablets; the concentrated cleansers will damage the finish. Avoid cleaning with abrasive cleansers or scouring pads; we recommend using only those products that are labeled "safe for non-stick surfaces." Some foods may stain the metal but will not affect the performance. Cooling grid use and care: hand wash only. Before first and after each use, hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
