Cooking Instructions (must be cooked)
Stovetop (boiled): Bring 2 L of water to a boil in a pot (210.2°F/99°C).
Carefully drop in 36 won tons, one at a time. Stir gently to keep from sticking. Cook at medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Drain and add to your dish/soup.
Deep Fry: Fry 10 filled won ton covers for 2 minutes at 350°F (176°C) until golden brown.
To cook covers without filling, deep fry in oil at 350°F (176°C) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until golden brown.

Instructions to make won tons
Thaw won ton covers overnight in the refrigerator in original package. Place ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) of homemade filling in center of pastry. For filling recipe, see inside this packaging.
Moisten edges of pastry with egg white or milk using pastry brush or fingertip. Fold skin in half and press firmly to seal in filling. Fold two ends back, moisten tip and press together. During process, keep the won ton skins covered with a damp cloth to prevent from drying out.
REFREEZING THE COVERS IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
