Ingredients

  • 330 g (12 oz) goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
  • Crackers (or sliced baguette) for serving

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2

    Blend goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Step 3

    Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with apricot jam.
  4. Step 4

    Bake for 15 minutes until jam bubbles.
