Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pickled eggs Nutri
  • Carpaccio meat (beef, deer, or bison, for example)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Pickled onions
  • Shavings of Parmesan cheese or other grated cheese of your choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Arugula (optional)
  • Pine nuts (optional)
  • Chopped cashews (optional)
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place your choice of carpaccio meat on a plate.
  • Step 2

    Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Step 3

    Grate 2 or 3 pickled eggs Nutri over the top.
  • Step 4

    Scatter a few slices of pickled onion and parmesan shavings on top.
  • Step 5

    Arrange any desired optional garnishes (arugula, pine nuts or chopped cashews, balsamic vinegar).
  • Step 6

    Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, and add a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy!
