Ingredients
- 2 to 3 pickled eggs Nutri
- Carpaccio meat (beef, deer, or bison, for example)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pickled onions
- Shavings of Parmesan cheese or other grated cheese of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Arugula (optional)
- Pine nuts (optional)
- Chopped cashews (optional)
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Place your choice of carpaccio meat on a plate.Step 2
Drizzle with lemon juice.Step 3
Grate 2 or 3 pickled eggs Nutri over the top.Step 4
Scatter a few slices of pickled onion and parmesan shavings on top.Step 5
Arrange any desired optional garnishes (arugula, pine nuts or chopped cashews, balsamic vinegar).Step 6
Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, and add a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy!
