Flatbread with Smoked Salmon and Dill

When a smoked salmon bagel decides to reinvent itself as a shareable flatbread.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 300 g (2/3 lb) or 375 ml (1 1/2 cups), sliced Smoked salmon
- 1 Lemon
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) Cottage cheese
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) Cream cheese
- 1 small Red onion
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Fresh dill
- 1 Flatbread or pre-cooked pizza dough - about 300g
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Capers
Directions
Step 1
Using a fine grater, zest the lemon and set the zest aside.Step 2
In a food processor, juice the lemon and add both cheeses. Blend until smooth.Step 3
Thinly slice the red onion and remove the dill leaves from the stems.Step 4
Using the back of a spoon, spread the cheese mixture over the flatbread.Step 5
Top with slices of smoked salmon, red onion, dill, capers, and lemon zest.Step 6
Cut into wedges and serve. This recipe is best prepared at the last minute.
