Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) roasted salted almonds, finely chopped
- Fleur de sel
- Fruits of your choice
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) soy cream such as Belsoy or 35% cream
- 1 package (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, dairy-free or regular
Directions

Step 1
Toast the shredded coconut and sesame seeds in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until golden.Step 2
Transfer the toasted coconut and sesame seeds to a small bowl.Step 3
Place the chopped almonds in a second small bowl.Step 4
Place the fleur de sel in a third small bowl.Step 5
Arrange the three bowls on a serving tray and add the fruits of your choice.
For the Chocolate Fondue:
Step 1
Heat the cream in a microwave-safe bowl for about 45 seconds, until it begins to simmer.Step 2
Pour the chocolate chips over the hot cream and let sit for 20 seconds.Step 3
Using a whisk, mix until the chocolate is fully melted and combined with the cream.Step 4
Serve immediately with the fruits and prepared toppings.
