If you love dill pickles, this recipe is for you! With a creamy cottage cheese base, lots of fresh dill and a crispy panko topping, friends and family will be begging for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz soft cream cheese
  • 1 container of cottage cheese⁠ (500 g)
  • 1 cup chopped pickles
  • ½ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp of ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 splash of Worcestershire sauce⁠
  • 1 cup panko breading
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Allow cream cheese to soften before use. With a mixer, blend the 8 oz of cream cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. Once smooth, add in your seasonings, Worcestershire sauce⁠, chopped dill and diced pickles. Stir slowly until combined.
  2. Step 2

    For the crunchy topping, mix about 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and lightly toast 1 cup of panko until golden brown. Place on the dip & garnish with more fresh dill and pickles.
