If you love dill pickles, this recipe is for you! With a creamy cottage cheese base, lots of fresh dill and a crispy panko topping, friends and family will be begging for the recipe! Time and servings

Ingredients
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1 container of cottage cheese (500 g)
- 1 cup chopped pickles
- ½ cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp of ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 splash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup panko breading
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions
Step 1
Allow cream cheese to soften before use. With a mixer, blend the 8 oz of cream cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. Once smooth, add in your seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, chopped dill and diced pickles. Stir slowly until combined.Step 2
For the crunchy topping, mix about 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and lightly toast 1 cup of panko until golden brown. Place on the dip & garnish with more fresh dill and pickles.
