Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups (810 ml) dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 2 cans (195 ml each) sweetened condensed milk*
  • *Tip: You can use 2 containers of 195 ml of sweetened coconut condensed milk OR 390 ml of regular sweetened condensed milk for this recipe.
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) coconut oil, regular or deodorized
  • 1 cup (250 ml) pistachios + 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped for sprinkling
  • 2 cups (500 ml) fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup (250 ml) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) sea salt

Directions

  1. Step 1

Grease an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) square pan and line the bottom with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on each side for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and coconut oil in 50-second intervals (about twice), stirring each time until the mixture is smooth and combined.
  3. Step 3

Gently fold in the fresh blackberries, pistachios, mini marshmallows, and sea salt until all ingredients are evenly coated with chocolate.
  4. Step 4

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios over the top.
  5. Step 5

Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until the fudge is firm. Once set, cut into small squares.
  6. Step 6
