Ingredients

  • 2 bunches fresh radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Directions

  • Step 1

    Wash and thinly slice the radishes and cucumber.
  • Step 2

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 3

    Place the vegetables in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them.
