Ingredients
- 2 bunches fresh radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Directions
Step 1
Wash and thinly slice the radishes and cucumber.Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.Step 3
Place the vegetables in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them.Step 4
Add parsley and chives, then toss gently to combine.Step 5
Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
