Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fiddleheads (cleaned and trimmed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Rinse the fiddleheads thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Trim the ends if needed.Step 2
