Ingredients

  • 4 Seasoned Chicken Breasts
  • 1 1/4 Sesame Garlic Cooking Sauce, divided 300 mL
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 15 mL
  • 1 tbsp canola oil 15 mL
  • 2 Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 8 Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced 250 g
  • 4 Snow peas, trimmed 125 g
  • 1 Small bok choy, thinly sliced
  • 6 servings Stir-fry noodles or linguini, cooked and cooled 175g

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Brush chicken with ½ cup (125 mL) of the cooking sauce and bake according to package directions. Slice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and reserve.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the carrot and mushrooms for 4 minutes. Add the snow peas, bok choy and noodles; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Step 3

    Stir in remaining sauce and 1/4 cup (60 mL) water. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve noodles topped with reserved chicken.
