A vibrant grilled steak board drizzled with fresh pesto sauce, topped with creamy burrata and sweet grilled corn.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 striploin or ribeye steaks
- 2 fresh corn cobs
- 2 fresh burrata balls
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 1 - 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup olive oil (add more if needed)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Directions
11 stepsPrepare the Pesto:
Step 1
In a food processor or blender, combine basil, Parmesan, nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.Step 2
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth. Set aside.
Prepare the Steaks & Corn:
Step 1
Season steaks generously with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.Step 2
Brush corn cobs with olive oil and season with salt.
Grill:
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high.Step 2
Grill steaks for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust based on thickness and desired doneness). Remove and let rest.Step 3
Grill corn until charred and tender, turning occasionally (about 8–10 minutes).
Assemble the Board:
Step 1
Slice the rested steak against the grain into strips.Step 2
Cut corn into smaller “nibbles” or remove kernels if preferred.Step 3
Arrange steak, corn, torn burrata onto a large board.Step 4
Drizzle pesto generously over the steak and burrata. Serve extra pesto on the side.
