Conventional oven/toaster oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake frozen golden filets on a non-stick baking sheet for 10-12 mins (oven) or 12-14 mins (toaster oven) per side until golden brown, crisp and hot throughout (oven temperature may vary).
Short on time?
First microwave (1000W): Place two frozen golden filets on microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 min on high. Then pan-fry in a non-stick fry-pan (no oil) over medium heat for 4-4 ½ mins each side until golden brown, crispy and hot throughout.
Deep fryer:
Preheat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry frozen golden filets for 3 ½-4 mins until golden, crisp and hot throughout.
Tip: Let stand for 2 minutes. Do not overcook.
For food safety, cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165 °F (75 °C) minimum.
