A little stale? Run it under cold water for 5 seconds, and place in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes, or until crisp. Or cube, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and parmesan.
Toast in a 350°F oven for 3-5 minutes. Serve as croutons.
Day after tomorrow:
Smash into bread crumbs and add seasonings of your choice.
To reheat, remove the bread from the bag and, while still frozen, place in a 400°F oven for 6-8 minutes, or until heated throughout.
