Recommended Cooking Method
Conventional oven (grilled) | (580 g)
1. Preheat oven to 450℉ (230℃).
2. Place the frozen vegetables in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet.
3. Cook for 14 to 15 minutes until vegetables have reached the desired texture and recommended temperature*. For a roasted look, cook 6 to 12 minutes longer. Stir halfway through cooking time.
Alternative Cooking Method
Air fryer | (580 g)
1. Preheat the air fryer to 390℉ (200℃).
2. Place evenly the frozen vegetables into the air fryer basket.
3. Cook for 17 to 18 minutes until vegetables have reached the desired texture and recommended temperature*. For a roasted look, cook 1 to 5 minutes longer. Stir halfway through cooking time.
