Storage
Storage: store at room temperature. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use it within 3 days. During cold climate, the liquid content may naturally solidify but it does not affect the quality of the coconut milk. Pour the content in a saucepan at direct low heating and stir the coconut milk occasionally until texture is regained.
