Cooking & Usage Tips
Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way
1. Bring 4-5 litres of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water.
2. For pre-bake cooking time, boil uncovered for 9 minutes. Drain and cool on a sheet pan. Fill shells according to desired recipe and bake.
3. Or for al dente pasta with your favourite sauce, boil uncovered for 12 minutes and drain well.
