1 Preheat oven to 450°F / 230°C.
2 Spread frozen French fries in a single layer on a cooking sheet or a shallow baking dish.
3 Bake 10 to 20 minutes to desired colour and crispness, turning potatoes once or twice.
4 Serve immediately after cooking.
Deep fryer
2-3 minutes
350 °F / 180 °C
1 Preheat fryer to 350°F / 180°C.
2 Place frozen French fries in fryer, no more than half full.
3 Cook 2 to 3 minutes to desired colour and crispness, then remove fryer basket and excess of oil.
4 Serve immediately after cooking.
