COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR A CREAMY OATMEAL Microwave: In a microwave-safe container, combine 4 tbsp of the blend with double* (120 ml) the breast milk or formula, water, or milk. Microwave for 90 seconds on high. Stir and let it cool for 8 to 10 minutes. Always check food's temperature before serving it to baby. Discard leftovers. Cooking time may vary depending on the microwave's power. Stovetop: In a saucepan, bring 120 ml* of breast milk or formula, water, or milk to a boil. Add 4 tbsp of the blend and stir. Bring it back to a boil and reduce heat to low for 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove from heat and let it cool for 8 to 10 minutes. Always check food's temperature before serving it to baby. Discard leftovers. * You can add more liquid for a smoother texture.

Reseal and store in a cool, dry place.
