Cooking & Usage Tips
Stovetop directions:
1. Combine ingredients (see chart below) in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over HIGH heat.
2. Stir, cover and boil gently over MEDIUM-LOW heat for 8-10 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes or until water has been absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
RICE to WATER
2 SERVINGS 125 mL (1/2 cup) of rice 325 mL (1-1/3 cups) of water
4 SERVINGS 250 mL (1 cup) of rice 500 mL (2 cups) of water
