1 Cook from frozen. In a large pot, bring 1 cup (250 ml) of water to a boil.
2 Place 2 cups (500 ml) of frozen vegetables into the pot and cover. Return to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3-5 minutes until tender.
3 Drain, transfer to a serving dish and season to taste.
Microwave (1200 watts)
1 Cook from frozen. Place 2 cups (500 ml) of frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe dish with 3 tbsp (45 ml) of water and cover.
2 Cook on high for 3-4 minutes or until desired texture. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
3 Drain, transfer to a serving dish and season to taste. Use caution when opening, hot steam.
