DO NOT EAT RAW BROWNIE BATTER. You will need: 1/3 Cup (75 mL) Water 1/3 Cup (75 mL) Vegetable Oil 1 Egg† †For cakelike brownies, increase eggs to 2. 1 HEAT Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Grease (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) bottom only of 8 or 9-inch (20 or 23 cm) square pan. 2 MIX In medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, oil and egg just until everything is well blended (do not use electric mixer). Spread in pan. 3 BAKE Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches (5 cm) from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely for easier cutting. Frost ! Knead frosting packet about 10 seconds. Cut off one end of packet. Squeeze frosting over brownie; spread evenly to edges.
