1) Dip 350 g chicken strips in 1 beaten egg and then toss in corn starch. 2) Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a wok and pan fry the chicken pieces. 3) Once browned, add 1 onion, 1/4 cup broccoli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 4) Add sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
