Roasting directions
Cook from Frozen. Do not cover.
1. Preheat oven to 325℉ (165℃).
2. Before removing plastic packaging, place roast under warm running water for 1 minute.
Remove plastic packaging. Do NOT REMOVE netting or edible carrageenan wrap under netting.
3. Place turkey on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil to prevent drying.
4. Cook until meat thermometer reads 165℉ (74℃) approximately 3 - 3 ½ hours.
5. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing netting. Remove netting, slice and serve.

Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Thoroughly wash working surfaces, utensils and hands after touching raw meat and poultry.
Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165℉ (74℃). Keep cooled ready-to-eat foods separate from raw foods.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
