Preparation And Usage
DIRECTIONS: Adults - Take one (1) capsule, one (1) to two (2) times per day at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Ages 4 and older: Take one (1) capsule per day at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For children under the age of 6 years: Open capsule and mix contents into food or drink prior to consumption.
