DIRECTIONS
Makes 6 (2 taco) servings
1 tbsp. (15 mL) oil
1 lb (454 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
12 (6-inch) flour or corn tortillas, warmed
1 HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir just until browned.
2 STIR in Seasoning Mix and water.
3 BRING to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas.
SERVE with desired toppings, such as chopped white or red onions, crumbled Cotija and sliced jalapeños.
